What we cannot help with
- Your Etsy account, orders, fees or suspensions. Only Etsy can act on those — we are an independent tool and are not affiliated with Etsy, Inc.
- Guaranteed ranking improvements. We do not sell rankings and cannot promise them.
- Editing your listings for you. We never write to your Etsy account.
Response times
- We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refund requests are usually handled the same day.
- If you have not heard back and it is urgent, reply to your own email to bump it — do not open a second thread.
