Pricing FAQ

API access depends on Etsy data availability and shared service limits. Pro removes the free-tier listing cap; it does not guarantee unlimited requests or retrieval of every field. Free extension quotas reset by UTC date. Website URL lookup allowances are separate; cached responses may not consume the server allowance.

Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes. Site tools stay permanently free with no account: the profit calculator, image size checker, and pre-publish check. The free extension can request API tags for 6 different listings per UTC day and generate 1 copyable brief per day; on-device checks remain available after the API allowance is used. Website URL lookups have a separate server allowance; cache hits and service rate limits affect availability. We do not ask for a card to start.

How do I cancel Pro?

Cancel in Creem’s customer portal (footer “Manage subscription” / creem.io/my-orders/login). A daily job is configured to send renewal reminders about 7 and 3 days before a charge when subscription data is available — delivery is not guaranteed for every cycle until verified with a live subscription.

What is your refund policy?

First payment: 30-day refund. Renewals: 14 days. Details in our Refund Policy.

What does Pro unlock?

Higher API tag lookup quota, full fix-list detail, score history and export, competitor benchmark snapshots, and copyable briefs for use in your own AI tool — on top of everything in Free.

What is Studio?

Studio is for multi-shop sellers, agencies, and Etsy consultants: bulk-scan a whole shop’s listings into one sortable, filterable, CSV-exportable report. $79/month or $790/year, plus $29 per extra shop/month. Bulk scan is still building — join the waitlist on this page and we email you when it ships.

EU right of withdrawal?

You have 14 days to withdraw. If you started using Pro immediately, used periods may be charged pro-rata. Use the withdrawal form or email [email protected].

Where does my listing data go?

Audits run on your device. We do not upload your listing text or photos to TagPeek servers for scoring. Optional cloud pieces (license, tags API) are described in the Privacy Policy.
