In one line: we sell a listing-audit tool for Etsy sellers. You pay through Creem,
who acts as the merchant of record. You can cancel in one click, and your first month is refundable for 30 days.
1. What we provide
- Chrome extension — reads the Etsy listing page you are currently viewing (only after you click it) and reports what Etsy is actually serving: real image resolution, whether Etsy has turned hover-zoom off, photo count, aspect ratio, and checks on title, tags and description against Etsy’s published rules.
- Website tools — a free in-browser image detector, the rules library, and the pricing/profit calculator.
- The website detector is read-only and local. We do not connect to your Etsy account, and we never write to your listings.
2. Licence and pricing
- Free — US$0 — up to 6 different listings a day and 1 AI brief a day.
- Pro Monthly — US$9 per month — unlimited audits and AI briefs, the full fix list, progress tracking, competitor benchmark and CSV/Markdown export.
- Pro Annual — US$69 per year — everything in Pro Monthly, billed once a year instead of twelve times.
- Prices are shown on our Pricing page. We may change prices for new purchases; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
- Your licence is personal and non-transferable. One licence covers one person.
3. Payment — Creem acts as the merchant of record
- Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) as the merchant of record. Creem collects the payment, calculates and remits any applicable VAT, sales tax or GST, and it is Creem’s name that appears on your card statement.
- Creem’s own Buyer Terms apply in addition to these Terms. Where these Terms and Creem’s Buyer Terms conflict, Creem’s Buyer Terms prevail.
- We never see or store your card details.
4. Refunds and cancellation
- Your first payment is refundable within 30 days. Later renewals are refundable within 14 days. This applies to both the monthly and the annual plan.
- Billing: Pro Monthly is a monthly subscription (US$9/month) and Pro Annual is an annual subscription (US$69/year). Both renew automatically at the same interval, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We email you 7 days and 3 days before every renewal, stating the amount, the date and how to cancel. You can cancel in one click at any time, with no fee and no retention steps.
- One refund per customer, identified by your Creem customer account or the email you purchased with.
- When a refund is issued, your paid licence ends. Data already stored on your device stays on your device.
- You can cancel at any time in one click, from inside the extension or from our Refund page. There is no cancellation fee and no retention maze.

5. What we do not do
- We do not read or modify your Etsy account, orders or listings.
- We do not scrape Etsy. We read only the page you have open, only when you click the extension.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we run no advertising or analytics trackers.
- We do not access pages other than the Etsy listing page you explicitly open.
6. What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or sales increase. Search position depends on many factors that no third party can measure or control, including Etsy’s internal quality score, buyer personalisation and your conversion rate.
- Our checks are based on Etsy’s published rules at the time of your audit. Etsy changes its rules without notice. We update our checks as we learn of changes, but a result is a snapshot, not an ongoing guarantee.
- The tool reports what we can measure. Where something cannot be measured by any extension, we say so in the product rather than guessing.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute or reverse-engineer the extension, or use it to build a competing dataset.
- Do not abuse the refund policy. Repeated buying and refunding is a breach of these Terms, and we may refuse service for it.
- Do not use the tool to harass, scrape or mass-profile other sellers.
8. Trademark notice
The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
9. Changes, liability and contact
- We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
