Most free “Etsy image size checkers” only work if you still have the original export. Real shops lose masters: the photographer kept them, a VA resized a copy, or the listing is three years old. This tool asks for the published listing and reads the dimensions Etsy’s API stores for each photo — the same numbers TagPeek uses on live audits.

Etsy Help recommends listing photos of at least 2000 pixels on width and height, and a first photo of at least 635 pixels. That is the official recommend wording we cite. Separately, in our own tests, hover-zoom is unavailable when the short side is under 2000px. The table labels zoom as our observation — not an Etsy quote that says “we disable zoom.”

Each row is one listing photo. Columns show the API’s full_width and full_height, the short-side minimum of those two, whether that clears the 2000px recommendation, our zoom observation at that size, and — for the first photo — whether both sides clear the 635px first-photo guidance Etsy publishes for search presentation. Nothing in the table is a sales forecast or a “demand score.”

If the API returns no images, the listing may be private, removed, or temporarily unavailable. Try again later, or open the listing in a private window to confirm it is still public. Private or draft listings are out of scope for this free tool.

Proof-of-work runs once in your browser to mint a device token before the first check. That keeps anonymous abuse down without asking you for an email. The token stays in local storage on this device; clearing site data means you will solve the challenge again.
