1. Refund windows

2. One refund per customer
- Each customer may receive one refund. We identify you by your Creem customer account, or by the email address used at checkout.
- Your first refund is processed without questions. If there is ever a second request, we review it individually rather than refusing automatically.
- This limit exists to keep the tool sustainable, not to make refunds difficult. It is described in our Terms of Service.
3. What happens when you get a refund
- Your paid licence ends and the paid features stop.
- Anything already stored on your device stays on your device. We do not reach into your browser and delete your audit history.
- You keep the free tier: 6 listing audits a day, free, forever.
4. Cancellation is separate from refunds — and it is one click
- Cancel any time from inside the extension or from the Pricing page. Cancelling takes the same number of clicks as subscribing.
- No cancellation fee. No retention screen. No countdown. No “are you sure you want to lose your data?”
- Renewal reminders: we email you 7 days and 3 days before every renewal, stating the amount, the date and how to cancel. You should never be surprised by a charge.
5. How to request a refund
- Email us — the address is on our Contact page. Tell us the email address you purchased with, and the date.
- You do not need to give a reason. If you want to tell us what went wrong, we read every message and it shapes what we build next.
- Refunds are issued through Creem, the merchant of record for your purchase. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank’s own timeline applies.
6. Please contact us before disputing a charge
- If something is wrong, email us first. A refund costs us a small processing fee; a card dispute costs a flat penalty and puts our payment account at risk. One email solves it faster for both of us.
- If you do not recognise a charge, it will appear on your statement as Creem — that is us. Email us and we will sort it out.
7. Your statutory rights
- Consumers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance subscription contract, in addition to the windows above. Submit a request on our withdrawal form. If you used the service during the withdrawal period, we may charge a pro-rata amount for the period used, consistent with applicable law and this policy.
- Nothing in this policy reduces any right you have under the consumer law of your country. Where local law gives you more than this policy, local law applies.
- These refunds are handled by Creem as merchant of record, alongside Creem’s Buyer Terms.
