Pricing. Withdrawal ends the contract for the current billing period and may trigger a refund.
Our Refund Policy also offers 30 days on your first payment and 14 days on later renewals.
Withdrawal window & pro-rata
- EU consumers generally have 14 days from the purchase date to withdraw from a distance subscription contract.
- If you asked for immediate access and used TagPeek during that period, we may charge a pro-rata amount for the time used, as allowed by law.
- Any refund is returned through Creem (merchant of record) to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank.
